• Google Photos integration feasibility investigation
• Member authorization and explicit photo selection through Picker API
• Selected-photo import into nextofkinphotos
• Duplicate handling, progress, failures, and retry
• Explicit upload to Google and management of app-created content
  through Library API

Completion criteria

• A member can select and import existing Google Photos pictures.
• Cancellation and authorization failures are handled clearly.
• Retry does not create unintended duplicates.
• Imported photographs remain available after temporary URLs expire.
• Library API operations stay within app-created content limitations.
• Family sharing is enforced by nextofkinphotos permissions.
