Implement the server-side persistence layer responsible for reading and updating Draft Board information.
Repository operations should support board creation, rankings, ordering, tiers, Prospect assignments, notes, flags, and other approved Draft Board attributes without leaking Prisma-specific concerns into higher application layers.
