Branch: feature/mobile-responsive-data-views Implement purpose-built mobile responsive presentations for DPA screens whose desktop data density or workspace layout is inappropriate for direct resizing. Preserve Functionality remains the underlying functionality, routes, APIs, and data while presenting information differently below the selected mobile breakpoint. Mobile solutions should favor same, but tables/workspaces need cards, expandable rows, drawers, full-screen dialogs, condensed summaries, drill-down details, stacking, reduced simultaneous columns, and mobile-specific action placement. Horizontal scrolling should only be retained where the data itself inherently requires it and no clearer mobile presentation is available. These screens are completely viable on phones, but the current desktop representation is too dense.
