Branch: feature/mobile-standard-responsive-views Make the identified DPA views fully responsive for supported mobile phone widths while preserving the existing desktop experience. This group contains views whose current interaction model Existing layouts can be retained on mobile through conventional adapt with normal responsive web design. Work should include responsive grids, stacked forms, appropriately sized PrimeVue controls, mobile-friendly spacing, reduced horizontal overflow, responsive dialogs, and consistent breakpoint behavior. Desktop and tablet behavior must remain unchanged unless an improvement is intentionally shared across screen sizes. This task should also establish reusable responsive styling patterns where practical so subsequent mobile work does not duplicate CSS. These are screens where the current interaction model is fundamentally suitable for a phone. Most work should consist of CSS breakpoints, stacked layouts, full-width controls, responsive PrimeVue components, and appropriate dialog sizing.
