Implement explicit versioning of B4Me evaluation methodologies.
Each evaluation should be traceable to the framework version, formulas, benchmark definitions, and methodology used when the evaluation was generated.
This will allow DPA to improve B4Me without losing the ability to explain or reproduce historical results.
