Description

Establish nextofkinphotos-client and nextofkinphotos-server using the approved CPC engineering foundation.

Define the initial domain model, module boundaries, database naming, and authorization approach. Produce reviewed MySQL DDL and an aligned Prisma schema for the agreed foundation scope.

Deliver reproducible dependency installation, strict TypeScript checks, builds, local startup instructions, protected environment configuration, and verified client-to-API and server-to-database connectivity.

Membership, album, upload, Google integration, and memories behavior remain in their respective features.
